Returns and Refund Policy – Lifetime SA

At Lifetime SA, we aim to provide high-quality products and services. This Returns and Refund Policy outlines the conditions under which products may be returned and refunds processed.


2. Eligibility for Returns

Products may be eligible for return if:

  • The item is defective or damaged upon delivery
  • The incorrect item was supplied
  • The return request is made within 7 days of receiving the product

All return requests must be approved by Lifetime SA before any items are sent back.


3. Return Conditions

To qualify for a return:

  • The product must be unused and in its original condition
  • The product must be returned in original packaging
  • Proof of purchase or order confirmation must be provided

Lifetime SA reserves the right to reject returns that do not meet these conditions.


4. Non-Returnable Items

The following items may not be eligible for return:

  • Special order or custom-made products
  • Bulk orders (unless defective)
  • Items damaged due to misuse or improper handling

5. Return Process

To initiate a return:

  1. Contact us at lifetime@icon.co.za
  2. Provide your order details and reason for return
  3. Wait for return approval and instructions

Do not return any items without prior approval.


6. Refunds

  • Refunds will be processed once the returned item has been received and inspected
  • Approved refunds will be issued via the original payment method (where applicable)
  • Processing time may take 5–10 business days

7. Exchanges

  • Exchanges may be offered for defective or incorrect items
  • Replacement items will be dispatched once the return is approved

8. Return Shipping

  • Customers may be responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error by Lifetime SA

9. Damaged or Faulty Products

If you receive a damaged or faulty product:

  • Notify us within 48 hours of delivery
  • Provide photos as evidence

We will arrange a replacement or refund where applicable.


10. Liability

Lifetime SA is not responsible for:

  • Damage caused by improper use
  • Normal wear and tear
  • Delays in return shipping
